Dear mom purchased a aerator for her pond. Keeps the water oxygenated and the fish happy.. This was a long exposure shot. Not quite what I was hoping for but still kinda neat.. Rode around and down to Nichol's lake. It was very humid and the gnats were terrible. I still managed to grab a few shots before we decided to make a run for the air conditioning of the truck. Yes, Fred the gator was out and about but didn't let me get any pics of him.
Spied this very large bird in a tree above a box nest. Guessing he/she had a nest inside? It was content to let me sit there and shot all the pics I wanted.Not sure of the species. (Sand Hill Crane maybe?)
