First round of parts are ordered and one by one old parts will be replaced. This will be taking the place of road trips for a little while. Its past time to get him back up and on the road. He deserves it..

neglected...
He has been around since I was a child. Miles through the woods and mountains of Alabama have passed outside his windows. Deer tied to the hood bringing food home to his owners family. He was handed down to me over 2 years ago by my father (after waiting 20 years for it) and is still not in road worthy shape. Came home the other day and just looked at him sitting here, neglected..Something deep inside died a little....He, "Ole Blue," just sitting there patiently just waiting for me to do something..

It's good to see you do some work on this... I know you have spoke of it a while back... it doesn't come cheap, that's for sure!
We are doing our rounds on our Jeep TJ now...
We just put in a new engine, transmission, clutch and a 3" lift and we are putting in a new heating system... cost right now is just about $7000.00 bucks... oh, and brand new brakes.. next we tackle the body and then the inside (seats, etc..)... I spoke a bit of it on the personal blog if you haven't seen it yet...
