You know me a bit Rick. I wonder about the wishing and dreaming:>)Beautiful photosLinda
Thanks Linda..Was cleaning out my photo on my computer and played around with these (reposted), kinda giving them a "painted" look..I wish I was back there in Dekalb and Cherokee county Alabama with a good friend roaming the roads just shooting pics with no worries for the moment..Seems like such a long time ago..
That first photo is pretty and so much like home here. I love how the little shadows sprinkle across the waters and rocks and it's all nestled in that little tree oasis... very pretty! Areas like that is what I live for.The wide expanse of lands you show in your photography is beautiful as well. It's not something I'm accustomed to as wherever I look, there a big friggin' rock of a mountain staring me in the face. LOL! but it's all so beautiful and I envy the fact that you can witness the weather from a distance and not to mention some pretty sweet sunrises and sunsets as I have seen in your pictures! There's beauty in every where we go and if I could, I would spend the rest of my life just traveling the country with my camera and snapping shots of all what God has to offer but so much stands in the way, hey? Thus, your title, "wishing and dreaming"... is so appropriate!Hugz♥~Michele~
Maybe one day we can trade. I will see your Rocky Mountains and you can travel here in "My South"...Hugs to you Chelle Belle!! ;-)
