Once again..

My first autumn shot taken way back in 04 with a Canon Rebel 35 mm camera. This was the picture that started me on my photographic journey though life.

This is a place I have returned to quite often during these last several years. It is a place of solitude for me. A place of escape. This year is a little fuzzy as I have no idea how this wet summer will affect the colors. The leaves may simply fall off the trees without really turning any color as you can see in the photo below... Still its a wondrous place for the mind to relax. A place I yearn to return to year after year...A place I call "Home"...

Wow, how gorgeous! I love all the different shades of green, something that's quite foreign to a Las Vegas native :-)

Reminds me of all those road songs ,,,

The Road Not Taken (Robert Frost poem)
Hit the Road Jack (Ray Charles)
Any Road at Any Cost (Point of Grace)
How Many Roads Must a Man ... (Blowin in the Wind)

Beautiful pictures!

I know I have shot this area so many times, but i guess due to my limited time this year I will return again. Love the open road. Discovery and rediscovery can be so sweet!! Thanks for coming by!! ;-)
